What qualifications do I need to work with IPI Travel?
For Travel Nurses we require at least one year of experience in your preferred specialty, two excellent references, a great attitude and the desire to have fun!

For Travel Rehab IPI requires a resume, skills checklist, two top-notch references, a great attitude and the desire to have a great time!

How do I get started?
Click the Apply Now link to complete your application, checklist and work history forms. Then, submit two recent references and a Staffing Specialist will contact you shortly. The information you send us will help us pair you with the perfect position.

Do I have to submit any paperwork?
No. Paperwork is not needed to speak with one of our Staffing Specialists. However, we will need your completed online application and materials to ensure we match you with a position that meets your needs. I am moving across the country. What should I expect?
With IPI Travel you can expect all of the details to be taken care of for you. Directions from your current home to your new home, a move in-ready apartment and a complete set of instructions on what to do the first day at your new position will be provided for you. When you arrive at your apartment you will find everything you need, and maybe some extra goodies!

Will I get paid double for overtime?
The majority of our assignments pay double-time for any hours worked beyond 40 each week.

How will I become orientated to my new position?
IPI will provide all the necessary orientation information and times and places to report. You will know exactly where to go and what to expect your first day.

What type of accommodations should I expect?
IPI Travel’s Housing Department will make all of the arrangements for you. All you have to do is pick up your key! Our Housing Department staff will do the rest.

Can I travel with family, friends or pets?
Absolutely! Just let your Staffing Specialist know what your needs are, and they will help with all the details.

How soon after applying with IPI can I travel?
You may begin your first assignment within one week, or as far away as six weeks. Once our Staffing Specialists receive the required information from you, assignment options can be monitored to fit your time frame.

What happens when I accept an assignment?
Your Staffing Specialist will go over the complete details of your assignment. All information will be put into your confirmation and contract, along with all of your travel details. This will then be loaded onto your dashboard at IPITravel.com. Then, all you have to do is pack. Our dedicated team will take care of the rest!

How do I obtain an RN license for my new assignment?
IPI has a knowledgeable licensing team that can help with all of your licensing needs. We also reimburse you for the licensure cost for your new assignment.

What paperwork will I need completed to start my new assignment?
IPI is a Joint Commission Certified Staffing Company. Immunizations, physicals, TB and all JCHAO required documents must be submitted before you start your assignment. Our quality assurance manager will assist you along the way.

Where Are Travel Nurse and Rehab jobs available?
We have placements available in all 50 states. Do you enjoy skiing? IPI Travel can place you on a short-term assignment in Colorado. Prefer sun-bathing in your free time? We have relationships with some of the best healthcare facilities in Arizona and California. Or, if you want to learn more about American history, we are partnered with facilities in Maryland and Washington D.C. Whatever your reason for becoming a travel nurse or rehab specialist is, IPI Travel will help you reach those goals and make the most out of your experience.

How long will I be on assignment?
While many assignments are 13-weeks long, there are three- and six-month opportunities available as well. When you speak with one of our professional Staffing Specialists, they will work with you to find an assignment that meets your needs.
